Why is the pay so high?

Because we ask and expect a lot. We promise our clients to deliver the best experience every time. When you deliver more you get more!

Do I have to drive my own car?

Yes, and you will be reimbursed 50 cents per mile! Others may require you to use your car for free, but we know maintenance and gas is expensive. Most clients are 15-20 minutes from each other.

Is this a hard job?

Oh yes! It's like going to the gym and getting paid. If you are a hard working person and are ready to break a little sweat, we would love to have you in our world!

Do I need experience?

It's NOT necessary! Having some experience definitely helps, but sometimes it's better if you have never cleaned professionally before. We will train you to become one of the best professional cleaners ever!

Will I be an employee or subcontractor?

Some companies may try to trick you into being a 1099 contractor, and you are stuck with preparing and paying sky-high taxes.
At Vanilla Cleaning you will be a fully insured W2 employee with all the benefits so you can focus on your job and not your taxes.

Will I have fun?

Of course! We only hire people who love making work fun. In the end we still have to work hard and make sure the clients are happy, but doing this with a smile brings a different meaning to the word "Job". We also do friendly competitions, mountain adventures and other fun activities.
